EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

No scratches/marks/stains on the return shoes, or any other products purchased from us.

Shoes or any other products you purchased from us, still new and unused.  

Returned within 7 business days of you receiving the product.  

Exchange: 

1.  We will charge a postage/handling fee to your nominated card, calculated based on the postage cost to your postal address.  This often works out to be between $10 and $20 for domestic orders, and between $20 and $30 for internation orders.

 2.  Your new item will be sent out as soon as we receive your return item, and your postage/handling payment clears.

Refund: 

1.  We will refund your money into the card you used for your payment, or a nominated bank account in Australia, minus the handling charges of $10 domestic and $15 international.
