Quick Release Buckle
If you're having trouble working out how to use the new quick release buckle, here's a step by step guide that you can refer to.
1: Put your shoe on, tighten strap to check whether your buckle sits on the strap in relation to the hook that's on the shoe.

2. Then move your buckle up or down the strap so that when you tighten the strap around your foot, the pin end of the buckle is in line with the edge of the hook.

3. Now hook the hook onto the longer part of the strap (the part that's attached to the shoe)

4. Finally, the hook should be hooked onto the strap completely, and sit right behind the buckle.

5. To remove, simply pull the strap tighter to give room for the hook to move out from behind the buckle, then unhook.
A few pointers:
1, Once you've buckled up, the strap should wrap snuggly around your foot/ankle without being too pinching tight. There shouldn't be room between the strap and your foot so that the shoe will hold firmly onto your foot to give you all the support you need from the shoe.
A loosely fitted shoe will not only affect your balance but can also give you blisters.
2, If the strap is still loose when it's at the very last hole, you may need to get extra holes punched on the inside of the strap so that you can wear your buckle further in for a better fit. You can get holes punched at any shoe repairs. But if you wish for us to do this for you before sending your shoes out to you, please note this down in your order, and we'll punch an extra couple of holes into the strap for you.
3, Please make sure that the hook is hooked onto the strap and sit behind the buckle, NOT on the buckle.
Sometime people hook the hook onto the rim of the buckle by mistake. This damages both the hook and the buckle and may break the hook altogether.
